- senior practitioner in an engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, civil, energy, simulation)
- years of methodology that lives in your head, not in documentation
- comfortable working with AI tools

compensation
- EUR 100/hr cash or EUR 150/hr equivalent in BKY (tokenized equity). you choose your mix.
