how do i reset my password?
doobls uses hanko for authentication (passkeys + email). no passwords to manage. if you can't access your account, email support@doobls.com with your registered email.
why is my agent not responding?
check: (1) do you have credits? (free tier gets +1/day, cap 30). (2) is your message clear? agents work best with specific instructions. (3) are services down? check status page.
how do credits work?
€1 = 1 credit. ~10 user↔agent turns per credit. three pools: bonus (daily grants), subscription (monthly rollover), purchased (never expire). see full pricing guide.
can i export my data?
yes. you own your memory, narratives, and agent configurations. full export via api or dashboard (coming phase 1). gdpr-compliant data portability.
how do i upgrade my subscription?
go to settings → billing → update subscription amount. new tier features unlock immediately. credits adjust on next billing cycle.
is doobls gdpr compliant?
yes. german gmbh, eu-only infrastructure, aes-256-gcm encryption, full audit logs. no us data transfers. see trust center for details.
