1. acceptance of terms

by accessing and using doobls (the "service"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service ("terms"). if you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

the service is operated by baikery gmbh ("we", "us", or "our"). we reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. description of service

doobls is an autonomous operating system that turns human expertise into scalable ai agents with persistent memory, intelligent orchestration, and enterprise governance. the service enables users to capture expertise, build ai agents that embody their knowledge, and scale execution without quality loss.

3. user accounts

registration: you may be required to create an account to access certain features. you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

account security: you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

account termination: we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. credits and billing

credit system: access to certain service features requires credits. credits are consumed based on usage (e.g., llm api calls, tool executions, storage).

pricing: current pricing is available at doobls.com/pricing. we reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

payments: payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers (mollie). all transactions are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

fair use: we reserve the right to limit usage that we determine, in our sole discretion, to constitute abuse or excessive consumption beyond reasonable use.

5. user content and data

your data: you retain all rights to the content and data you submit to the service ("user content"). by submitting user content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it as necessary to provide the service.

data security: we implement industry-standard security measures including aes-256-gcm encryption at rest and multi-tenant data isolation. however, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

data retention: we retain user content according to your preferences and legal requirements. you may delete your data at any time through account settings.

third-party ai services: the service uses third-party llm providers (openai, anthropic, google). your prompts and conversations may be processed by these providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies. we do not use your data to train third-party models.

6. acceptable use policy

you agree not to use the service to:

• violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems
• harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties
• generate illegal content, spam, or engage in fraudulent activity
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• resell or redistribute the service without explicit permission

violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

7. intellectual property

service ownership: the service, including all software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by baikery gmbh and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

license: we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms.

8. disclaimers and limitations of liability

as-is service: the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

ai limitations: ai-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. you are solely responsible for verifying and validating all ai-generated outputs before use.

limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

maximum liability: our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. service availability

the service is under active development. features may change, be discontinued, or experience downtime. while we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

10. privacy

our collection and use of personal information is described in our privacy policy. by using the service, you consent to our privacy practices.

11. termination

by you: you may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us at legal@baikery.studio.

by us: we may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other reasonable cause.

effect of termination: upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. we may delete your user content after termination in accordance with our data retention policies.

12. governing law and dispute resolution

these terms are governed by the laws of germany. any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of munich, germany.

for eu consumers: nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under consumer protection laws.

13. changes to terms

we may update these terms from time to time. we will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
